Join us for a complimentary virtual workshop on Optimizing Risk Capital hosted by Trovo Resources, a specialist recruitment firm specializing exclusively in the placement of Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary, project, and full time permanent basis.

Organizations cost of risk has been on the rise in recent years due to insurance market trends and changes to historical risk exposures. Marsh will discuss ways in which organizations can look to optimize risk financing, through analytical analysis and alternative risk vehicles such as captive insurance companies. Join Matt and Pat as they discuss techniques to evaluate risk retention and transfer decision making, and various vehicles available to appropriately retain risk while protecting the corporate balance sheet.

Patrick Ferguson CPA, Senior Vice President Patrick is responsible for Captive Sales in Canada.  In this role, Patrick leads Marsh Captive Solutions’ sales initiatives in Canada including speaking to clients on Marsh’s capabilities around captive feasibility studies, strategic reviews, captive implementation and captive management. Patrick has assisted with various captive feasibility studies and the implementation of multiple captives across all domiciles including several in Bermuda and Barbados.

Matthew Zuccato CRM, Vice President. His current role involves assisting clients in understanding and evaluating risk financing solutions to enhance or supplement current insurance structures, and presenting risk financing options and concepts related to alternative capital.
