Natasha Lakhani is an associate lawyer based in Gowling WLG’s Waterloo Region office. She is focused on providing innovative solutions to foreign nationals seeking entry into Canada, while ensuring employers meet their obligations under the immigration act and regulations.
Lesley Love is a senior associate lawyer in Gowling WLG’s Waterloo Region office. She specializes exclusively in Canadian and United States immigration matters, providing customized immigration services to individuals and businesses. She helps companies looking to connect with international employees or send their own abroad as well as obtaining immigration documentation for accompanying family members of foreign national recruits. She assists her clients with their long-term immigration goals, including permanent resident applications and developing immigration strategies and policies for companies. Lesley has appeared as counsel at all levels of court and has represented clients at the Immigration Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board.
