Our client, a long-established international manufacturing company in Waterloo is looking to add a Human Resources Manager to its team. This newly created role reports directly to the VP Human Resources.

Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in Human Resources
- CHRP or CHRL
- 8 plus years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Proven track record in highlighting and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Creative problem solving and effective decision making
