Job Opportunity:

Chief Financial Officer

Salary: $120,000-$150,000 + 25%+ Bonus

Location: Kitchener, Waterloo, ON

The successful candidate for this role will: • Strong professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to motivate both individuals and teams to produce quality material within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage multiple projects, • Experienced monitoring banking activities and working closely with the financial community to address any capital requirements, • Preparation of board materials and participation in quarterly board meetings, • Develop business plans and drive financial analysis for capital investments

Requirements

Possess an accounting designation (ideally a Chartered Accountant), • Demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in senior financial management with a manufacturing /distribution company; This company offers a very competitive and comprehensive compensation and bonus structure including long term equity participation.
