Customer Relations Executive

Salary: 65,000 to 80,000

Location: Cambridge, Ontario

Are you someone people really like? Do you love to interact with people? Do you love explaining things and help people make sense things? Are you looking for a career in customer service without cold calling and sales? Our client is looking for a motivated self-starter that will be responsible for servicing their existing Group Retirement clients and their plan members by working with insurance carriers to ensure excellence in customer service.  As the primary contact for clients, the successful candidate will be responsible for presenting annual plan reviews, marketing, plan design expertise, employee communications and overall management of client relationship. They will apply understanding of legislative and privacy guidelines to assist clients in meeting their fiduciary responsibilities.
