Operations Coordinator

Salary: $45,000 to $55,000

Location: Waterloo, Ontario

Are you a recent University or College graduate with a business and/or accounting background and some accounting experience? If you are looking for a rapidly growing company where you can learn directly alongside the management and C-suite level, we need to hear from you! Our client, a fast-growing international manufacturing company in the Waterloo area is seeking to add an Operations Coordinator to its team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting directly with a variety of responsibilities, and the more you are able and willing to take on, the better. Specific responsibilities in this role include: preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, invoicing, customer service to clients and vendors, excel spreadsheet work, ad-hoc projects and assignments as required. This role is a great grooming position within this organization that can lead to promotion and growth within.

Requirements

You have degree or diploma in accounting or business from a recognized university or college. You possess strong communication skills. You should have intermediate level excels skills, and you are looking to start your career and move forward in an exciting, newly created role. Experience working in manufacturing and having a knowledge of the operations side of manufacturing would be a huge asset.
