Trovo Resources Inc. was formed in 2009, with the intent to become the premiere search and talent management consultancy in southwestern Ontario. We are tracking beyond our expectations as we enter our exciting third year of operation.

Our team is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and candidates and are committed to offering the highest levels of service. As subject matter experts in our respective fields of Accounting and Finance Resourcing, Leadership Search, and Talent Management, we add significant value and serve as a responsive and trustworthy business partner.

Trovo is comprised of three complementary divisions:

TROVO Accounting & Finance Resourcing

Organizations entrust Trovo with the critical responsibility of identifying and securing the most qualified accounting and finance professionals in the marketplace, on a project, interim, contract-to-hire or full-time basis.

Our seasoned recruitment specialists have worked in large multinational search firms and have held roles within the fields of accounting and finance, including the Big Four professional accounting firms. This combination provides our specialists with a deep understanding of accounting and finance functions, and enables them to ask the right questions of both candidates and corporate clients and make the appropriate match.

TROVO Leadership Search

Our searches are meticulously tailored to our clients' business needs. We focus our efforts on Senior Director-level to C-suite, in southwestern Ontario, in the areas of Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing. We consult extensively with each client to design search parameters that will yield qualified candidates who are well-matched for "fit" and possess the skills and leadership qualities that can help transform an organization.

Our executive search specialists have held senior leadership roles themselves and therefore are particularly adept at helping clients scope roles that are well aligned with the business strategy.
